100, and the increase is bigger for a larger vehicle. I have an f-350 pu going at 80mph it will get 12mpg ant 65 mph it will get 19 or 20mpg. over x speed 50% of the power used is to maintain said speed.

IN general the faster you go the more gas you use mostly because of drag. In a specific vehivle, it is just possible the engine is not revving hard enough at 60 KPH in 5th gear to run efficiently and that might give adiffeent answer.
