Has anyone else received multiple ILLEGAL telemarketing calls from "Heather from Account Services"?

I got one on or before April 30 this year. I told whomever I first spoke to that I was registered with the Do Not Call registry and that they were going to be looking at an $11,000 fine and hung up. I filed the complaint on April 30 and I haven't heard from them since.

YES!!! At least two a week, for the longest time. I'm on the "Do not call list" and I've also tried to be removed from this company's call list.

enforcement is in iraq and you got to thank the do nothing polosi and the republicans. Depending on which president wants to go after these sleezebags only then will I vote for Obama, McCain, or whoever is running for independant. If only we can tell thousands of everyones we know. This is important political issue for the election, enforcing our do not call list. If it takes losing Iraq, so be it.

Nope, but got a call about two weeks ago from Heather at Wells Fargo about reducing my husband's car payment. When we went in to talk to her about it, she was offering us a 17.99% APR. I laughed out loud and asked if she thought I had just fallen off the f*cking turnip truck. Why on God's earth would I want to re-finance a 7% loan for a 17.99% loan? She thought I would bite at the two grand cash out she was offering. Uh, I don't think so!!
