  • I don't see why not; they still did their service, regardless of whaever else they may have done since. Should they also forfeit their exam results and professional qualifications? If their felony was in service, they would have been stripped of their rank before discharge. The punishment is determined by the courts. If you strip veterans of their rank, they are effectively getting a punishment non-veterans wouldn't get - double punishment as thanks for their service,
