I haven't given plasma but I researched it a bit. Apparently in my area it's 40 bucks for the first visit and 20 for the rest of them. It takes about an hour, I decided against it because I would make more money working an extra hour than going to get a needle stuck in me :)

i've never sold my plasma..i give it away by doing apheresis donations at the blood bank. i have passed a plasma place down the street from my apartment, and it's got a long line of people waiting before it opens every morning...it must be a good way to make money.
