What do you think of the new hulk movie coming out compared to the one just made a few years ago?

If the trailers are even close to how good the movie is, then the new movie will trump the other one. Much like the way Batman Begins wiped away the bad memories of the other Batman movies, I see this Hulk erasing the horrible memories of the other one.

They must be running out of money. Instead of making a reality show they decided to redo the movie and see if anyone was paying attention this time.

I see your point. The original hulk actor was the main guy in the Other Bolyn Girl, and now, Edward Norton and Liv Tyler are in it. I think they understood that the old movie tanked and wanted to have another go at it, or that the old actors didn't want to do the sequel. Either way, I believe that there is going to be two hulks, with Ed norton being the original one and then another arguably andriod-esque version or something. I will probably watch it, though the rerun phenomena will be hard to ignore!

1.The Incredible Hulk is one of Marvel's most lucrative properties and it's the only popular comic book title to have failed, Spider-man, X-men and fantastic Four all did well at the box office. 2. Marvel is planning on making an Avengers movie set to be released 2011 in order to build up to this Marvel will release movies starring the 5 original Avengers, Ironman and the Incredible Hulk, have already been made, Thor, Captain America and Antman will be released in the following years. Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) will make cameo in the hulk movie. 3. There were several reasons the first hulk movie failed. There was no supervillain(s) for the hulk to fight and thus no cool fight scenes. Eric Bana was too handsome and buff to play Bruce Banner. The CGI was awful. Most importantly not enough hulk.

I liked the first HULK movie with all the actors. It was a good start and in keeping with the comic in which the Hulk was always fighting the army. This second movie is probably intended to grab more mass appeal.. translating to money of course.
