Morality is a concept of ethics within religion. There are no set rules of what is right or wrong. Morality is guided by customs and traditions.

Yes I have an opinion, but to elucidate here is impossible. Let's just say that a moral code to which you subscribe, religious or not, makes it much more likely you will be moral. Being a member of a group which subscribes to the same moral code YOU do makes it VERY likely you will be moral. Humans are tribal. Pressure from the tribe to conform to social and ethical mores can be very insistent.

While they are two different concepts, the religious have the benefit/constraint of codification, while the non-religious do not, unless they write their own personal manifesto, or something. In other words, they have something written down, unchanging, to stick to.
