I am a young woman who is told by men a great deal that I am "delicate" looking. They say it as if it is a compliment, but I don't know what to make of it. I am 5'5", 110lbs., so I am thin. Do men like "delicate" women?

It means you're very petite and almost doll like. And it is most definitly a complement if a man tells you you're "delicate" because it's very attractive to them. I've been told the same thing most of my life and it's usally by men who are attracted to me (I'm 5'3" and 106 lbs). The ones who aren't call me scrawny or boney.

I love delicate-looking women. Petite girls bring out the protective side of many guys. It's definitely a compliment, at least most of the time.

Looks are not all that important. It's your personality and demenor which makes you happy. If you act helpless and weak, i would not like that. If you were a small little firecracker, i would eat you up.

I don't know if I am delicate but I am 5'1" and I weight 110 lbs. I think it depends on the mans taste. Some men like taller woman some like curvier woman it just all depends on the man. I think attraction is more about the way a woman carries herself rather then weight/height stature.

It depends on one's perference. If you are getting a ton of compliments, that's good. There are some people who like tall women, short women, black, white you name it. Me personally, I like athletic women with a little muscle tone.

Most men like most women. Petite is great. I assume delicate does not mean subject to frequent illness.

Lots of men like their partner to be lightweight. May be there is a health factor in it too. I always love it when my girlfriend say she is little more than 100 pounds only.

To me delicate has more to do with just the physical build. The attitude and personality also play into it. I am not sure if this really applies to you or what you are asking though.
