After fighting off a nasty sinusy cold for a week, my ears are messed up. They were clogged so I couldn't hear. Now they've mostly cleared, but my left one really hurts way down inside. Is there anything I can get over the counter to help this along?

I'd visit a Dr. if I were you. Once I had the completely-stuffed-up thing going, and the Dr. had to prescribe one drug to liquefy the blockage and then another to drain my ears.
