I am in an interracial relationship, and we're just as happy as people of the same race are. (he's hispanic, i'm white)The only prejudice we faced weren't from the white people at our school, like some would think, but the other hispanics. They would say stuff to him like, "Why are you with a white girl?" and "Look! Now she's turning YOU white!" But once we got past a year together, I guess they got bored of it, and now everything is fine.

If everyone had the same genetic makeup then everyone would be susceptable to the same diseases! Nature strives for diversity because it enables at least some to survive! You still need uniformity within smaller groupings but when you look at the larger populace picture you would want to have a large number of diverse groups to ensure survivability of the species!

I don't see anything wrong with it either. However, marriage or children could be a problem for you if some particular people (for instance parents or in-laws) find it wrong. Racism, unfortunately, is sometimes strong.

Depends on the couple. I myself am Half spanish, ( dad white) and my dad raised me to stay in my race. (white or hispanic) As I know its been said that over 70% of interacial marriges end in divorce, And interacial children are 40% more likely to become insecure and depressed. But of course there are exceptions.
