I think she is legal, being 18, and an adult, so though they might want or force her to graduate, I believe she can legally move out and be as stupid as she wants!

I think that the laws are pretty consistent on this for all of the state. Once a child is 18, they are considered to be an adult and, therefore, no longer required to obey his/her parents. I don't think that it matters whether this person is in high school or not. Of course, the flip side of this is that once the child is 18, then the parent are no longer obligated to support that child. So, if the child is unwilling to follow the rules laid down by his/her parents, then they can completely withdraw their financial support leaving the child to fend for him/herself. Now, I could be wrong on this, but I don't think so.
