I'll be 19 years old. I just think that it will be another ordinary year,and the world won't end.

Alot of prophets have predicted tht 2012 will be the year of the second coming of Christ, Judgement Day, New World Order will come to fruition. I just like to think that i'll be watching the London 2012 Olympics.

well, yes, it's the end of the Mayan calendar, so, a lot of people think that the Mayans, being as advanced as they were, must be on to something. What they were on to, nobody knows because nobody knows what ever happened to them. They kinda disappeared. Funny that some poeple think the Rapture. The rapture would be just dandy with me. my 16th birthday AND ALL OF THE HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!

Well, these days have been trough a lot of changes. and I mean a LOT. I'm quite young so I'm not really sure if it's normal for the world to experience so many things at once, but I can assure you some things that happen do not happen very often. The economical crisis is to be the biggest crisis since the great depression in the 30's. Also, a crisis does not last just a little while, since the depression was 4 years long. So by 2012 we may still have these problems. Barack Obama won. It's the first time ever that the US has a black president. That means a LOT to the people and the entire world. Well... that's of the most importants stuff... I dunno if there will be a war. Lots of people expect such things: First there is a war going on right now between Israel and Palestina, but that's been going on for years. In my country (Mexico) people expect a civil war soon. Mostly because in 1810 and 1910 were the independence and then the revolution. And this might not mean much to some people who say it doesn't have to be like a curse. But to most people it does affect these factors since it's already implanted in their sub-conscious that a war is to be expected. Even a friend of mine's moving away because of this. How about oriental countries? north korea is supposed to be holding nuclear weapons, and Irak swore a sacred war against the US. Oh, there's something else. This vey tool you're using (the internet), well, a lot of people think of it as a library of Alexandria, and having as much power as it does and being used as much as is is, well... I can really expect that and since we've grown dependent on it... we'll experience a great chaos if it happens. But, all of this might be just a coincidence. Maybe some changes will happen, some big changes but not as great as, say WWIII or a worldwide shutdown or internet malfunction or the end of the human race or something like that. Maybe the changes will be big, but not big enough to really change our lives or something. It's for sure things will change. A lot of things can happen, and nobody knows for sure what will happen. I fear the worse...

There'll be two major earthquakes in China, one in Bolivia and one in California (the latter around 6 on the Richter Scale). An Air France passenger plane will narrowly avoid missing an apartment block coming in to land at Paris. Palin will be discredited as the Republican Presidential nominee and the legal process to bring Cheyney and Rumsfeld before a War Crimes tribunal will begin.

All the 2012 bloggers will disappear before our very eyes.

I think that it will be a turning point for mankind to change and start treating the Earth and each other better. I do think that we have choice to either end our race, or make it better. And I think that humans REALLY want to exist, so I think we'll rise to the occasion. I'm not sure if there will be a concrete EVENT, but maybe a lot of smaller scale things or something. It will usher in a new age I think. I hope.

Well, fingers crossed all the backward Mayan 2012 Nibiru, Nephilliam etc bullshitters will be taken from their mental institutions on December 23rd and publically executed with a single bullet to the back of the head. At the same time a law will be passed globally, that will ban the future attribution of ancient texts to modern day apocalypse on pain of death also.
