Is anyone else disappointed in the Age of Conan apparent lies about in-game items people are supposed to have received when they bought the special edition that came out?

Did you pre-order it? If you did, then the store was supposed to give you a card with a code on it. I will, say, that the in-game item thing did read "while supplies last." If you got the code, check that your subscription is updated by entering the retail code that is on back of the manual. I got screwed, too. Right now I'd be happy to play the damned thing, but it's kinda hard with 3 fps going.
