I've driven through that state twice. Stayed for a couple of days once. I thought it was beautiful but I think you need to love the outdoors to really enjoy Wisconsin:-)

I am unsure. That 70's show makes it seem quite fun. The land of cheese and beer; I'd be in heaven there.

Not at all, I really enjoyed the time I spent there. Lots happening in Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, the Dells. I liked seeing all of the Frank Lloyd Wright houses, going to Summerfest, walking along the Lake Michigan shore and going to the sports events.

G'day Freshninja, Thank you for your question. I have never been there but I'm sure I wouldn't. It has beer, scenery and a biggish city in Milwaukee. I could watch the Brewers play baseball and the Packers play NFL. If I want to go to a really big city, Chicago isn't that far away. Regards

nah!One of my best friends is from Wisconsin. Her dad's nick name is "Bucky Badger" (or Beaver)College he graduated from. I just call him "Major Cheese Head". Super nice people. But can you explain bubbler to me? Its a drinking fountain!

I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay area, but went to college in La Crosse. I've never had so much goddamn fun in my life. Everything's ridiculously cheap, they love to get absolutely smashed, there's Fests all the time, friendliest people, super cute girls,fishing, drinking, tons of live music venues, any type of themed bar you could imagine really. I tell everybody out here how great it was. And it doesn't stop there. Madison is pretty fun (still like La Crosse bar scene a million times better) Wisconsin Dells is awesome, Chippewa Falls is beautiful, I hear Door County is the shit. I even had a great time in the Kenosha Twin Lakes area. I've been to half of the country, and although I'm still biased, and proud to hail from NorCal, Wisconsin is the best state I've been too. I like it even better than Vegas. Also cheese curds kick ass, and if I may quote a line from Stripes Bill Murray: "We'll go over the border pick em up and bring them back, it'll be like going to Wisconsin." Harold Ramis: "HEY! I got my ass kicked in Wisconsin." Be careful that'll happen too. They seem to fight quite a bit and I was jumped by about 8 guys while my only sidekick was shanked in the side with a pencil. Boring? ON WISCONSIN!

I love WI....it has everything anyone could want....every season there is something to do, somewhere to explore...WI has more lakes then MN....the Arts are well represented...you can be bored anywhere...that is a frame of mind....
