  • Virtually impossible. If upper management isn't paying attention to his behavior, it is unlikely that they will pay attention to any complaint from you. It just isn't worth the hassle. Your job isn't the ONLY job out there. Find a new one that you enjoy that can both utilize and enhance your past experiance and knowledge.
