2GB iCon Digital Touch{Rockchip USB SDMP3/MP4} MP3/MP4 Player, not playing loaded ".avi" files from pc, what file formats should I load? player came with video in ".avi " format that plays fine!!!

I have the same problem, the mp4 player just won't play any of the avi files that I load on to it. Further, the software does not work with either Windows XP or Vista. Can anyone help me please? OSS

1. Install Xilisoft Video Convertor. 2. Select Profile as Xvid Movie (*avi) 3. Set the following parameters : Video Size : 320x240 Bit Rate : 632 Frame Rate : 22 Audio Codec : mp2 Bit rate : 128 Sample rate : 44100 4. Begin Encoding - save to your hard disk first (faster ) 5. After encoding, copy to device. 6. Watch video 7. Say "thank you" 8. You're welcome
