No, I'm good looking and a doctor! There were some HOT guys in at least every class while I was in Med school so, no, intelligence is not solely associated with those less phyically desirable.

Ive seen intelligent ugly and good looking people and vice versa so I'm gonna have to say no to this one.

Looks and intelligence are not related. Some intelligent people may look funny but that has more to do with their personal style than anything else. There are a lot of dumb ugly people. There are also a lot of intelligent good-looking people.

That's a lot of generalisation if you ask me, and I think that if there's any truth to it, it has more to do with how much importance one puts on social image and how shallow the rewards for such really are, but even that's much too vague to base anything on. Maybe that pretty girl everyone likes is more of a philosopher then half the people three times her age. :/

I think it's more likely that they are way to self-absorbed, flighty, and ignorant to even make an attempt to care about something that doesn't have to do with themselves.

It seems that way. Most gorgeous women are unintelligent or nuts. The way I figure it is that you cant have everything? There are exceptions though.

I think "some" are and some aren't. It's generalization. In my opinion, it's what the individual think and want in life that makes the difference.
