I've been using yahoo answers for the last two years and just discovered answerbag, should I stay or go back to y/a?

stay with answerbag because you will find tons and tons of real healpful, inspirational answers. You cant go wrong with that. and you get answers fast!

I find the people on AB of a higher quality. That includes the staff, who actually care about getting rid of abusive users and Q&A quickly. Also, there is slightly less groveling for points here, since there is no "best answer." And, since there is no automatic reward for answers, they tend to be of a slightly higher quality. Welcome! Have fun whatever you choose!

I started off at YAnswers. When I discovered AB, I stayed here for a while and made myself comfy. I still go back to YA once in a great while but it can be so silly at YA..it's REALLY a waste of time there. At least here, it feels more warm and fuzzy :).

Why can't you use both sites? This is a GREAT one thou~. never been to yahoo answers. Here you get answers quick plus it's fun here. ;o)

Welcome to Answerbag. I cannot tell much about Yahoo!Answers because I have never actively participated to that site. I suppose you are yourself much better qualified to make a comparison. Just stay a little while here and you will see if you like it. I find Answerbag a great site and I do not intend to change to another Q&A site for the moment. I hope you will like it too. The greatest advantage that I see by Yahoo!Answers is that is offers also other languages than English. On the other hand, on Answerbag, you will talk in English with people from all over the world.

I don't like Yahoo Answers... You have to be a level 2 to rate, and being at level 1, you only can use 300 characters when responding to a question. AB is so much better!

I've been using Yahoo Answers since they first started, Jan 2006, and I've been using Answerbag since Feb 2007. I see no reason to stop either one. I also participate in two other question and answer sites, a polling site, and wikipedia.

Go back to Y! A, but that's just my opinion. The reason is because this site seems so empty, with few answers to any questions you ask. There are some serious answers to questions you ask. Yahoo! Answers is certainly more interesting and more fun.
