Jesus calls Himself Son of Man for a very good reason. If you look in Daniel 7, you see a vision of heaven: "13 "In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed." Jesus was equating himself with this apocalytpic figure who is given "all authority, glory and sovereign power" and who is worshipped by all peoples.

Because he was God in Human form, he was conceived "immaculately", but birthed normally, the same as every other Human. He was raised as Human and as a result of being "brought up" by Humans, he is their son.
