1976 Corvette runs about 20 miles and then get hot, when hot it does not loose power or run sluggish but entirley to hot ro run, radiator was flushed, had coolant even water wetter added, it has a eletric fan 10 inch and a regular fan, start s hard?

if you have an electric fan you must have a thermostat. preferably a 190 degree. and coolant should be at 70/30 mix. thermostat could be stuck.

You flushed the radiator, but how about the block? Also the heater core could be involved. Can you get a full system flush? And yes, you should check your thermostat. Is it the right one?
