I Hate to tell you this but you are right. However, you must seek Him personally. Kinda like finding a family tie to an ultra rich father you did not know. If you want to see SOME of what he is going to give us, look at the book Deep Space by Stuart Clark at a bookstore. Then start asking questions.

Which God? This is the general religion section, so to answer from my paradigm: God gave no commandments whatsoever, and doesn't care whether or not we have religion. In fact, religion was created by humans for humans, and is about us, our relationship with ourselves, and our relationship with the universe around us. From a sociological perspective, religion exists for social control, uniformity, and conformity.

well we follow the steps our parents have shown us. If since childhood our parents tough us that we are hindu we must pray like this and all.
