There could be medical issue going on. I would see your obgyn and explain to him what you are experiencing. I hope it's treatable.

If you were older,then this type if thing is common during the menopause and can be treated with hormones.However as you are only 34 its unlikely that this is the case.You should make an appointment with a gynacologist for a full examination as this can be caused by conditions such as endometriosis.Ask also for a blood test to check your hormone levels.
