It really does matter. Space your feeding at equidistant intervals and stop eating just before you feel full. If you have some left, then just wrap it up and save it for a snack to nibble on later.

It's better to space out your meals. You might not even feel the need to eat all three, instead of stuffing yourself and overloading your system in one sitting.
