I try always to be honest with myself..yes. And I think its very important to be honest with others.

Honesty should come naturally..I think it is much harder to be honest with yourself because you are always going to be subjective and want to put yourself in the best light. I think you should always be honest..you don't have to disclose everything to everyone all of the time..but what you do say should be the truth. :)
