She sounds pretty, or at least fortunatly looking, and possible popular. She WONT give you the time of day. But if you're as smart as you say you are, in the future, it wont matter cause you'll have MONEY and a AWSOME job, and a BETTER girl wont care about that.

Being book smart isn't enough.. BE WISE.. think.. being SMART is an attribute university girls love (despite the way you look) but in highschool.. well.. is it not reasonable for the girl to like good looking guys?.. well if you.. in Your own opinion.. believe you don't look good.. then go get some new clothes.. read up on current fashion tips from a magazine.. go to a hair salon.. w.e.. guys are beginning to worry and care about looking good.. or atleast clean.. you have to put yourself in situations you are not confident with to learn from them.. (if you think shopping for nice clothes, or getting a fancy hair cut is gay in anyway, then you deserve to not have a girlfriend.. girls like guys who look good(reasonable).. so how else are you going to look good? it'll help boost confidence too) how hard is it to change the way you look? not hard at all.. what's hard.. is on the inside.. getting rid of what you think.. im not telling you to change who you are.. but im telling you to stop thinkin of yourself so lowly.. oh.. and go work out.. it'll help you become more confident.. being a well sought after guy is having SMARTS + CLEAN look.. no one wants a scrub.. not even you (unless you are desperate)

Remember jmmy298, there are many other girls. This may not be the right one for you. The right one will appreciate you for who you are and not for what you have to become to please her.

Stay smart and don't waste your time on people who is not worth it, if she's a bimbo she won't even notice you, but if she has any brains she'll notice you, and if not why would you (as smart as you are) waste your time with a girl like that. You wouldn't have anything in common

if you are buff like you say you are then play up your smartness and physical appearence, it's a girls dream come true to meet someone who looks good and has a brain between his ears. just be confident , and even if your not pretend, it will pay off beleive me!! you've got it...so flaunt it!!

if the girl thinks your a nerd because your good at school is just a wast of time. you probably get a really good job thats high paying when your older and a girl like that will come to you. if i were you i would like other smart people :)

You may be making her feel insecure, she may not feel as smart as you, try not to impress your with your brains as much, focus on (finding out information about) her.

I think you should propel yourself to the future. 20 years from now at your high school reunion you'll see this same girl and she'll see that you've become this real good looking laywer with a date on each hand.

Now, everyone's saying the "She isn't worth it/You're better than her/She's just insecure" schpiel, and I totally support them. H/e, if you really want to be friends with this girl try coming and hanging out with her while she hangs out with her friends, observe their actions, and make them your own. Once you grow on her, you should be able to show your true self without judgement. And if she still doesn't...ditch her, because she's too self-conscious to be a good friend.

Find a smart girl. It's always more fun when you are on the same intellectual level --- just not always easy to find. Don't stop looking though.

Tell her some inconsequential school scandal and see if she bites. If she does, laugh and delight in the fact that she's not good enough for you.
