He isn't even eligible for 5 years. I don't get a ballot but I don't think he will be voted in.

Depends. At this time he has only been accused and not proven that he has taken steroids. So yes at this point I think he should be allowed into Cooperstown. However, if proof were to surface of his active involvment in steroids no I don't believe he should be voted in.
