You should REALLY try to eliminate gluten from your diet... it slows down GI tract function and when eaten often enough (2-3 per week) will eventually (within 6 months) stop nutrient absorbtion, prevent efficient waste elimination and cause various diseases of the GIT. If you want to glow with vibrant health and drastically slow down aging, there is ALOT you can do.

You can either take a nap, or you can go for a calm walk outside. I find both are pleasant and make me feel better after a big meal.

The most important thing to do when you've overly eaten for whatever reason is to not do anything nonsensical. Meaning: regret, selfharm/blame, vommit. Realise it's one day and tomorrow you may chose to improve your eating habits by eating reasonable and in moderation. If you still can't get over the thought of over eating, exercise for 30-60 minutes or so, don't over do it!
