This is an awesome question. I went to answer it. Then I drew a blank. Checked myself. And was surprised to draw yet another blank. I think I recognize my own worth and have unconditional love for myself, absolutely. I don't know how it happened. It must have not been one event, but gradually, through a series of experiences that helped me become who I am today. I think we respond to the fabric of our own individual lives. I think that one moment can be an "AHA" or a dramatic wake up call, and I'm sure people have it. I appreciate this question because I like that it took me some time and major experience to grow into it.
