    Well I dont only think it, i KNOW it. Its kind of illegal. So unless you live in Nevada, prostitution is definitely a crime. Morally, socially and lawfully. That is just a fact.

    Only if they have a pimp that panders them about and takes advantage of them. It's legal in the Red Light district in Amsterdam and it is a strictly regulated industry. So yes and no. It depends upon how it is purveyed.
