Take breaks. The average mind can't concentrate for more than a few minutes at a time. Take small rests and break up your tasks into managble blocks. And remember, it's just homework. One day you'll long for the days when all you had to do was study.

In the middle of studying when you feel overwhelmed take a break and then for me it works just to sit in my backyard for a few minutes and get some fresh air. When you're done with studying for the day take a long hot bubble bath or if you're not the bathing type then shower til your skin is wrinkled ;-) this always works for me. Just treat yorself with something nice and relaxing after studying and you'll see how good it feels. Good luck!!!
