  • Take 20 minutes a day to do SOMETHING strenuous that get's your heart rate up to cardio-training levels (160-170) and uses as much of your whole body as you can: calisthenics, jumping rope, biking, swimming, dancing, aerobics, and if you can get it, sex (as long as you're the one doing most of the work).
  • well if u don't like running or walking... JOG!!!!!!
  • you need more bread!
  • get tae bo videos or something. you can find them super cheap on ebay. great work out, and they are actually pretty fun if you like stuff like that.
  • You can get an MP3 player to incorporate into your running. You can hit up the gym and try your hand at weights. You don't need to go crazy; an hour a day, four days a week, is commendable.
