Usually to fetch all the stuff I left there last night whilst drunk.

Good drinks, decent food at happy hour, free live music three nights a week, $3.00 well drinks at happy hour, friendly but no bull atmosphere, real food until 2:00 AM, and walking distance from office (I used to live in same building-wow).

Cheap prices strong drinks and not to phony of an atmosphere. Not pretentious, but not a dive.

It's so handy...turn right at the bottom of the stairs, step over the scattered lego and flop on the sofa. If I wait long enough, a glass of wine appears at my elbow, and I don't even have to pay, just look pale, tired and drawn ;)
