No.

I think so, actually. There's a clause in the US Constitution that reads: "If a woman is elected president, you must light this paper on fire and immediately transform into a dictatorship". There's a similar one that reads, "If a black man is elected president, the United States will cease to exist and all her denizens will have to migrate back to whence they came."

Improbable. Many women have already become presidents elsewhere and not all have turned countries into dictatorships which weren't that before. Quite a few, actually, as far as I can see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_women_heads_of_state

One has nothing to do with the other. Women leaders do not become dictators as often as men do. Were you trying to make a point that I didn't see in your question?

Any one person in charge of a country would need the support of strategically powerful forces from within in order to be able to declare themselves "dictators." This scenario is a most unlikely event in a country such as the United States of America.

Yea, but the type of person hilary is; she would find a way to do it... I don't think she would be a very good president... *McCain*

I think it could be. But Hilary Clinton would be a good dictator.
