Simply open a command prompt window and type this:

    netstat

Hit Enter and any connections people have made to you will be displayed. Usually hostnames are displayed, so at the command prompt, type nslookup hostname (replace hostname) and the associated IP address will be shown. By default, connections are made on port 6112 TCP - this can be changed in Warcraft III's Gameplay Options.

Note: people connect to you directly in custom games but not ladder games.
