    Lumps. If you get any lump for no reason then get it checked out asap.

    Depends what kind of cancer. I had muscle pain, as while massaging my leg where it hurt I found a lump. However my oncologist said pain is not usually associated with cancer. There are various sites that explain the appearance of potentially 'dangerous' moles and stuff relating to skin cancer, and several more that explain what to look for in regard to lumps found in your body.
