Help answer this question below.

My neice will not eat solid foods only baby food still and she's 3 years old. What could be the problem? She also doesn't know how to feed herself nor does she try to or want to. I'm just really concerned any suggestions?

    Sounds like a developmental issue. I wouldn't jump to conclusions, but a visit to a pediatrician and a child psychologist might help point you in the right direction.
