yes, rescued a pigeon took it to our wild life shelter had a broken wing and they repair him some how. then call me to let me know they where releasing him and ask if i would like to be there. thought that was SO nice how much they cared for just a pigeon.

I used to commercial fish with a net and once we got a whole pile of birds caught in our net. It was pretty bizarre because that doesn't happen very often. I think a sea lion was grabbing the fish out of our net and the birds went after the fish. It was awful. We tried the best we could to get them out but in all honesty we had to break some of their necks to put them out of their misery. Seagulls and other types. Very sad.

No but I have rescued owls and hawks and a few songbirds.

Sort of. I was at a bus stop, and there was this little kid who was tormenting this injured pigeon. He kept trying to kick it and his mother didn't even reprimand him. I finally scolded him for it, and he left it alone.

No, but when I was a kid we used to shoot them off the roof.
