Very little. Allah is essentially the Arabic translation of God. Islam just filtered out the nonsense concerning the Trinity.

Some say that the God of the Bible is very anthromorphic and often makes direct contact with people, whereas the God of the Koran is more distant and only communicated with humanity via the Angel Gabriel. It is easy to picture the Biblical God as a big man in the Sky, but the God of the Koran seems much more mysterious. Some people consider them to be diferent beings as they seem to behave differently and have different personalities.
