What is the difference between Extra Strength Tylenol 500 mg.s OTC and a Dr. Prescription for Tylenol 500 mg's NOT Tylenol 3's? Is there something more special about the prescription or are they the same thing?

i've often wondered that myself. it's like getting a prescription for ibuprofen 600s... can't i just take 3 regular strength ones??

the prescrip wtion is the same but if they do u a script wrote out then most insurance will cover it
