Can a urinalysis meant to test for drugs also expose other medical problems or conditions of the person taking it? Or would the results only show whether or not you take drugs, and nothing else medically about you?

Urine tests are taken routinely for all sorts of things - pregnancy tests to kidney infections. So in answer to your question if the only test done is a check for drugs then that is all that will show up; but if the urine were tested for other things then potentially other medical conditions could be unveiled. Ethically though you should be told clearly what tests are being run; if you are concerned that personal information might show up you should discuss what the test entails before you submit your sample for analysis.
