Salt water has far too much salt in it for the body to process. It's all about the kidneys. Kidneys can only make urine that has less salt than saltwater. In order to get rid of the excess salt from saltwater, you'd have to urinate more water than you took in. This makes you dehydrated and thirsty at the same time. You'll die soon. DO NOT DRINK SALTWATER.

You can drink salt water. In Africa its a traditional stomach remedy among the african people, they travel from far-away to our coastal cities, collect sea-water in 2l coke bottles (with sea-sand to prove its "real" sea-water) and then sell it back home.

I do drink water but sweetheart I never eat salt, I just add a little bit to the food. Salt water does not have a quantified amount of salt thus it is quite salty and it attacks your kidneys and gets your blood pressure sky high. Best regards.
