  • I doubt that's public information. Only the top administration might know something like that - and even then, probably just a close estimate.
  • Too much
  • More than $10 Billion a MONTH.
  • For overt operations, congress authorized $163 billion for 12 months. numerous covert operations are added on top of this figure. plus, add interest on loans. plus add the tens of billions of dollars that will be spent on medical care for our veterans, some for the remainder of their lives. and we nickel and dime the national institutes of health about a million here and there that can produce dramatic improvements in health care, quality of life, and reduced medical expenditures ... sometimes i suspect that we belong in a frosted flakes box ...
  • I heard recently it was 6 Billion a month - but that was on a "rightwing" talk show so the figure is probably suspect. 10 to 12 billion somebody said once lately in a "Libertarian" blog - personally I'd trust a Ron Paul supporter before a "Koolaid drinking" Repub any day.
  • Too much, someone needs to look at that expenditure budget real close :)
  • 10 billion dollars a month. Some people ask how Obama could afford his policies...well, if you stop the war in Iraq suddenly you have billions and billions of more dollars a month to work with.
