Im a girl and i personally dont care very much about eyelashes, i think that some people are very insecure about their looks and feel that in order to be more beautiful their eyes need to appear bigger, which would mean putting more focus on the eyelashes. or else they think that guys care, so they put on makeup. either way... it would be nice if a guy answered this question!
