I have not myself personally attended it, however, an acquaintance of mine at work has and felt it was well worth it. He learned quite a bit but the problem comes afterwards in finding the money to acquire all the equipment that goes with gunsmithing or metalworking of any type. A quality mill and lathe is not cheap, even a quality 3-in-1 is going to run a good $5000.00 and up. The problem isn't so much the money as getting it, its been my experience you pretty much have to self-finance or go outside normal channels, banks and the typical lending institutes seem to have a default 'no' answer if you wish to start a firearms related business. But I digress, according to him it was well worth his time and money so if you've an opportunity to go I'd do it. Hope that helps.
