I work with cops on a daily basis- sometimes multiple times a day. The only time I've wanted to really just shake one was when we got this cop that we had never seen before, who didn't deal with theft issues and didn't know anything about it. He was cocky, older, set in his ways, and didn't want to hear anything about what we had to say. I just wanted to trip him as he came down the stairs- he was a total jerk because he thought we were young kids and he was old and knew everything.

Yes, I do. I have seen some that have either a strong desire to escalate the situation with their aggression or are completely lacking in people skills. Either way, they present themselves as bullies with a badge and that ain't good.

Can't say I have. The police form an integral part of our society, and I've only ever had good dealings with them.

Not yet, but cops are just like any other profession. There are some people who slack off and should work somewhere else. There are some bad apples out there.

Once but it was not an "urge", it was just a thought. He came to arrest me, but did so in a rude and forcful manner. I did not try to fight him, so there was no reason for his actions. Long time ago.
