  • Try hydrogen peroxide. It works well on blood stains and will not harm your carpet.
  • You do understand how this question sounds. It sounds to me like there may be some police involvement!
  • Hydrogen peroxide is a good choice. Also some homeowners ins will cover it being cleaned professionally or have your carpet replaced. I would call if you can't get it out. My sister had a new years eve party and they dumped "kool aid" all over the tan carpet. It wouldn't come up so they replaced her whole living room carpet.Good luck:)
  • Try shampoo for if the peroxide doesn't get it all out. I wouldn't say steam clean, since heat sets stains, but if you can soak your carpet and use the water-suction of a steam cleaner, it'd probably help. As a last resort, if it's not in an area where this would look obvious/pop out all the time, see if you can get a largish carpet remnant of the carpet you bought, cut out the stain and replace just that spot of carpeting.
  • lol, you're a crackhead! Just buy new carpet and next time confine your murders to the bathtub, lots less cleanup.
  • go 2 dollar tree and get the jar with the orange lid!
  • do you have a dollar store near you? if so go look for a product called awesome, comes in a 16oz bottle I believe, can be used straight or diluted, works great on blood, grease, etc and is safe to use on most any surface. next choice is look in phone book for a janitorial supply store most are open to the public and have commercial products and usually very cheap also I owned a house keeping business and had to clean just about ever thing you can thing of. If by chance this is the results of a death in your home such as a suicide there are also services in the phone book who come to the house to clean for you. look under house cleaning service or ask the police dept. they should know if there is someone in the area that does it.
  • Ive heard that salt takes bloodstains out, have you tried that, but honestly i reckon on white carpet the marks will be there for life.. sorry :(
  • yeah...hydrogen peroxide works! My friend was an EMT and they use it to remove blood from their clothes, etc. You need to use plenty...I now have a giant bottle under my sink...
  • I used some spot remover by Kirby and all the evidence is now gone!!! lol
  • OMG! What where you doing. If its really white carpet, try diluted bleach...or hydrogen peroxide. Or you could just call crime scene clean up guys.
