Apply your eyeliner to the top lid only (don't put any on the bottom lid) and only a very thin line right next to your eyelashes. Use eyelash curlers before applying mascara.
-
also try white or irredesent eyeliner and shadow

Just wear a pair of magnifying glasses. Works for me.

when you put on your eyeliner.. extend the line abit on the outer corners. your eyes would pop right out.

first of all, if you want to make your eyes look bigger, you can't do it with eyeliner. it naturally makes your eyes look smaller. you should use light eyeshadow on the bottom lid. and don't apply too much shadow on the eyes. it makes them look heavy and overworked.

with a paint gun!!!

To answer this question more seriously (but not completely so), get some different colours, and sort of 'paint' the whites of your eyes outside of your eyeball, and expand your eyeballs as such. The only problem would be that your eyes would appear permanently open.

There are few ways that I know of: 1. Use an irradecent white or ivory eyeliner shade and apply it to the inside corners of your eye. I personally like the Rimmel Stars or Exagerate line. 2. Try something like the Big Beautiful Eyes kit (made by Benefit). Comes with instructions too. or. . .the oddest thing I have seen is eye glue (I am not kidding). Yes, one glues their eyelids open with this stuff--sounds a little creepy and unsafe to me, but the product does exist. It's manufactured by Koji and is called Eye Talk.

Chenel Glitter Eyeshadow

by using light shades on the eyes instead of dark colours and no eyeliner which makes the eyes appear smaller, a good nights sleep helps aswell :)

Black or dark eyeshadow. It makes your eyes stand out.

Eyeliners don't work very well, but there's this special kind of contact lenses that can make your eyes look much bigger instantly. It's called Acuvue-Define Contact Lenses that enlarges your iris with a dark ring around the edge of the lenses. Your eyes would appear much bigger with large iris... it's amazing... too bad it's only available in Asia, and only come in two shades: black and dark brown. Here's a link: http://148.177.219.51/singapore/1daydefine/proInfo/proInfo_1.asp Hope this helps

i read the answers u got, some pple say dark colors, no dark colors, eyelyner or no eyeliner..ur probably confused...it depends on what best fits u...experiement!

i use black eyeliner on the bottom.. and i use a LOT . and i use a thin line of black liquid on top, going out a lil past the outer ends on both sides. i find that if the liquid liner on top is thick, it makes my eyes look smaller. i make the thinnest line possible as close to my lashes as i can. but everybodys different! experiment with thicknesses of eyeliner, colors etc.

If you use eyeliner, don't apply it all the way around your eye, or too close to the inner part of the eyelid.

First apply a light shimmery eyeshadow on your lid then blend a light brown color eyeshadow just above your crease After this step take a black/brown eyeliner pencil( or liquid, eyeliner...whichever is easier), and line your upperlashline, makeing the line slightly wider near the outer corner of eye) next apply a brown eyeliner right on your lowerlashline and blend with a q-tip Then line your inner rims with a white eyeliner Next take a metal eyelash curler and blast it with heat from your blowdryer for a few minutes(or use a heated curler) curl your lashes for about ten seconds apply mascara( to upper lashes only), and use coverup if needed under your eye, for under eye circles or to cover any eyeliner you got smudged wayy under your eyes... and WALA you now have a gorgeous wide eyed look Depending on how lightly you use your makeup you can either have a dramtic almost marilyn monroe look (minus the red lips) or more natural day time look before you go out in public, play around with this look and custumize it the way you want it, once you are perfectly satisified show them gorgeous eyes off<3

do this....dark on the top and bottom...a little heavier at the edges and then apply a very light or iridescent color to your inner rims..This will make them pop.
