seriously..Do you have a sucking catfish(the one which sticks to the glass) in the tank? if yes, then she might be the culprit .
Many aquarist don't know but if this catfish is hungry then she sucks slime and eyes of other fish.
That would explain it... The other fish bit/ate them. Seperate the docile fish from the aggressive ones.
I have 2 KOI goldfish with the others. I do think that they may be possibly the ones "sucking" the other goldfish eyes out. Is this possible? Should I separate the KOI?
The sides of the mouth on my 2yo Oranda are collapsing. They are so narrow squished peas barely get in. Should I try to open it wider?

My goldfish have recently started hanging out on the bottom. They perk up when I come near the tank, but go back down. Water test is good.

My goldfish has his side fins clamped to his side and he just lays on the bottom of the tank then everynow and then shoots to the top and

You're reading Why would my goldfish loose their eyes? I notice this because other goldfish are aggressive to the fish without the eyes?
