With my part time job working for a small Java group, we spend most of job time programming here and there. Sometimes, the programs don't work, and we either have to fix it, or restart all over again.

Except for lunch or breaks I am constantly on the phones either making or taking calls so I wouldn't say I was unproductive t any time other than lunch or breaks.

Of course not. I certainly try to be productive, but have you ever gone into a closet or drawer and then forgotten what you were looking for? I wonder just how much time I waste every day doing that....
