Various silicone oil will simply pass through the body unchanged. Why you should want to drink them, I cannot imagine, but in modest quantity they would do no harm. For that matter, I imagine that the water content of most cooking oils is pretty low, and it would not be hard to make it negligible.

Everything, with or without water, is poisonous if you get too much of it. In small enough amounts, no substance is poisonous. Of course, the safety toxic dose of say, plutonium, is significantly less than that of milk.

Unless you are talking about waterless things like rocks maybe, everything will have some water in it..fruits are primarily water, and the juices remain after removal of the pulp..I can't think of anything. :(
