Call your competitors and find out how they do it. Call who you want to sound like and listen to the greeting. Hold a conversation witht hem for a second. Don't hire bimbos either. Smooth, somewhat rich voiced women.

- Make them physically smile before answering the phone. It comes out in the voice. - Get an elegant & professional looking woman to 'man' your reception desk. Pretty girls are nice, but can be lacking in the hard-work/brains department. - Keep it simple, slow. As a client, hearing a thesis read off at 800 wpm is going to just annoy me. Paced, simple.
